ALUMINUM METAL PRINTS
- Metal printing represents a new art medium for preserving photos by infusing dyes directly into specially coated metal sheets. Metal prints take on a magical luminescence. Because the image is infused into the surface and not on it, the archival qualities of this unique process are unparalleled.
- Rich vibrant colors glow on this unique surface for an ultra-modern look.
- Metal Prints are durable, waterproof and scratch-resistant (can display in areas susceptible to water such as bathrooms, kitchens etc).
- Metal Prints will last for generations when displayed indoors and out of direct sunlight. Like any fine art print, metal prints should not be exposed to direct sunlight. However, they can be hung outdoors if they are out of direct sunlight. Metal prints have an archival value that is better than the best giclée's and photographic papers. Rochester Institute of Technology is currently running accelerated aging tests on metal prints and preliminary results show an archival value of well over 100 years.
- The included and installed hanger floats your print 1/2" off the wall and has a keyhole in the top for secure hanging. Rubber bumpers on all four corners stabilize the print when hung.
- For prints larger than 16" x 20" we back the metal to within 3" of the edge of the print with a 3/4" rigid board. This eliminates possible bowing of the metal. The Rigid Back is black and has a steel reinforced hole for easy hanging right out of the box. Rubber bumpers on all four corners stabilize the print on the wall.
Framed Metal Print Upgrades
- Add a frame to any metal print for a more finished and upscale look.
- Three available framing options, Floating, Euro and Shadow. See examples and more details below about these options.
- Adding a frame is highly recommended for larger sizes for added strength and durability.

Shipping and Returns
- Metal prints are shipped within 5-7 business days and take an additional 1-7 days to arrive via UPS Ground. Expedited overnight shipping available for an additional fee for delivery the next day (after manufacturing time).
- Metal Prints ship in durable heavy duty containers or crates.
- Extra Large Metal Prints (over 30x45) can take up to 10 business days to manufacture and ship.
- Because of the custom nature of metal prints, we do not offer refunds, exchange or returns. We will exchange incorrect, damaged or defective orders within 30 days.
