LICENSING FOR PERSONAL USE / SMALL BUSINESS APPLICATIONS

Examples of Use: PowerPoint presentations, small business websites, blogs, social media pages, screensavers, business cards, wedding invitations, graphics for school/college projects etc.

All digital files purchased directly through this website are subject to licensing review and approval before delivery. After you place an order, we will contact you to confirm your intended use and any applicable licensing terms. If we cannot agree on those terms, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.
Digital file orders are reviewed manually. Please allow a few business hours for us to respond and begin the licensing process; response times may vary. Once a licensing agreement is reached, your file will be sent immediately by email or FTP download. If your order is urgent, please call or email us.
Images purchased directly through this website are not royalty-free. Each license permits only the specific uses agreed upon in writing. Additional uses require prior approval and may incur additional licensing fees.
Files may not be used for resale products or free promotional materials such as posters, calendars, company giveaways etc. A commercial license would be needed.

All digital files can be purchased in color, black & white, or sepia.

LICENSING FOR COMMERCIAL AND CORPORATE USE

Examples of Use: Mass marketing, large format printing, billboards, calendars, large corporation websites, postcards, promotional products that will use our images, third party printing, etc.

High and low resolution files for professional or commercial use are available for most images and are available for a wide range of uses, subject to approval.
Files will be delivered in jpg or tif format (other file types available by request).
Files will be delivered via email or ftp download.
Digital files will not have any text, watermarks, or borders.
All digital files can be purchased in color, black & white, or sepia.
Images are not royalty-free. Each license permits only the specific uses agreed upon in writing. Additional uses require prior approval and may incur additional licensing fees.
Files needed for personal or small business use can be purchased directly from the website although the use still must be verified and documented. See Personal Use / Small Business Applications for more info.
Commercial and corporate uses require a custom licensing agreement. Please contact us with details of your intended use for a quote before purchasing. Purchasing a digital file directly through the website does not automatically grant commercial or corporate usage rights.
