LICENSING FOR PERSONAL USE / SMALL BUSINESS APPLICATIONS

Examples of Use: PowerPoint presentations, small business websites, blogs, social media pages, screensavers, business cards, wedding invitations, graphics for school/college projects etc.

• Some lower resolution files are available for personal use and can be purchased directly from the website without a custom licensing contract although we request customers to disclose how and where they will use the images to verify the use of the image complies with our terms.
• Images purchased directly from the website that will be used for small business applications or published or reproduced in any way require customers to disclose how and where they will use the images to verify the use of the image complies with our terms and to document the use to avoid future copyright issues.
• Images purchased directly off website are not Royalty Free and are for personal use or limited small business applications only. See the Personal Use / Small Business Licensing Agreement below.
• Files may not be used for resale products or free promotional materials such as posters, calendars, company giveaways etc (a commercial license would be needed).

• Digital files will not have any text, watermarks, or borders.
• Files will be delivered via email or ftp download.
• Files are delivered manually and can take up to the next business day to deliver. If needed faster, call or e-mail.
• All digital files can be purchased in color, black & white, or sepia.
• Files may not be reproduced, distributed or given to other parties for any reason without permission.

LICENSING FOR COMMERCIAL AND CORPORATE USE

Examples of Use: Mass marketing, large format printing, billboards, calendars, large corporation websites, postcards, promotional products that will use our images, third party printing, etc.

• High and low resolution files for professional or commercial use are available for most images and can be licensed for any custom use.
• Files will be delivered in jpg or tif format (other file types available by request).
• Files will be delivered via email or ftp download.
• Digital files will not have any text, watermarks, or borders.
• All digital files can be purchased in color, black & white, or sepia.
